Gift and Donation Policy
The College of Nursing and Midwifery, Tanoso Library welcomes gifts and donations in the form of books, electronic devices, and other informational resources that support our mission.
All gifts and donations should be directed through the College Librarian for proper evaluation and processing. Donations are subject to the same rigorous standards as purchased items to ensure that the quality, relevance, and consistency of the library's resources are maintained.
The library reserves the right to determine how donated materials will be used. This includes decisions on whether items will be added to the collection, exchanged, repurposed, or discarded. While we greatly appreciate the generosity of donors, the library is not obligated to create special spaces for donors' contributions.
The library may also engage in the exchange of materials with other institutions, including academic, research, special, school, or public libraries, both locally and internationally.
